Every November, Remembrance Sunday offers a chance to hit the pause button and think about those who gave everything during times of conflict. Held on the second Sunday of November, this day coincides with Armistice Day and is dedicated to honouring the armed forces and civilians who sacrificed their lives in World War I, World War II and subsequent conflicts. At 11 a.m. on the day, a two-minute silence is observed. This moment serves as a national pause to reflect and remember. The end of the silence is signalled by playing "The Rouse," a poignant bugle call.
