Each spring, Washington"s Skagit Valley transforms into a patchwork of colour as the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival celebrates the arrival of bloom season. Throughout April, visitors can explore tulip gardens and farmland lined with vibrant rows of flowers, all framed by mountain views.
