Wat Phra Ngam, also known as the Monastery of the Beautiful Buddha, is situated in the Ayutthaya Historical Park, Ayutthaya, Thailand. This abandoned monastery holds an enchanting charm with its arch embraced by a Bodhi tree, symbolising the place where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment. The arch, often referred to as "The Gate of Time", gets illuminated by the light of the setting sun, creating an ambiance that transports us back to the bygone days. It"s no wonder that this remarkable arch has become a spot for tourists to visit and capture in photographs. In 1991, a portion of the Ayutthaya Historical Park was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
